Daniela has over six years experience in digital and social media, having worked with both SMEs and some of the world’s largest brands in London and Shanghai.
After completing her Masters in Marketing Communications, Daniela began her career in a digital media agency working with a range of SMEs in the UK across social content creation, community management, SEO, PPC and paid social media.
Following the year spent with SysComm, Daniela joined the social media team at Ogilvy PR in London where she spent three years working with a wide range of clients including Land Rover, AMEX, Government of Mexico, IBM, Unilever etc. She was part of, and coordinated, the social media activity for the Land Rover team who won a Bronze for Best Use of Social Media for Customer Acquisition for the Range Rover Sport Reveal at the DMAs in 2013. Daniela also received a WPP High Potential Award in 2011.
During 2014, Daniela joined the [email protected] practice in Shanghai, working across a number of clients focusing on China and Asia Pacific. Some of them were UPS, Moet Hennessy Diageo and Ford.
Since January 2015 Daniela has joined and started leading the paid social media practice with [email protected] She’s been working across a number of diverse clients that have seen great success with their paid social campaigns, including AngloAmerican, HSBC Private Banking, Sage, IBM, Vodafone, Merck, Rakuten.
In parallel with working for [email protected], Daniela has also spent one year as an Associate Lecturer in eMarketing and social media at Middlesex University in London. And she has been involved in a number of speaking events with the university on the topic of social media prior to that.
